Pieced together in dazzling 16mm as an imaginary collage of interlocki...。毒贩黄有彬被刑警余大伟追捕，情急胁持张羽女友。张羽要求余大伟立刻开枪把黄有彬击毙，人多混乱，余大伟怕误伤群众没敢贸然开枪，黄有彬逃走。后来张羽女友的尸体被发现，经查先奸后杀。张羽迁怒余大伟，余大伟亦因此事出现心理障碍，从此不敢开枪。 四年后，余大伟成了警官大学总教官。张羽考取了警官大学，一是为了将黄有彬绳之于法，为女友报仇，二是为了证明给余大伟看。他处处同余大伟较劲，可是每次在和余大伟的对抗中，张羽都输给余大伟，这让张羽更加刻苦训练......。
